1. DEFINITIONS
Personal Data:
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”):
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette on 7 April 2016.
Data Processor:
A natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authority granted by the Data Controller.
Data Controller:
A natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Liva Gaz Armatürleri Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi takes administrative and technical measures at the highest reasonably possible level in order to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to safeguard its confidentiality.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and with a view to your satisfaction, about the methods by which your personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal grounds for processing and your rights.

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be collected and processed within the scope described below by

Your personal data may be collected by natural or legal persons processing data on behalf of our Company, or by automated means, through printed forms and agreements, video recording devices, e-mail, the website, and all kinds of computers, electronic devices and applications, in verbal, written or electronic form.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be transferred, in compliance with the rules set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and only to the extent necessary and proportionate for the purposes stated above, to:
- Natural persons or legal entities governed by private law,
- Authorized public institutions and organizations.
6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF LAW NO. 6698
Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred within Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and request that such correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other applicable laws, and request that such action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Object to any outcome arising against the person as a result of the personal data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of personal data.
7. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
You may submit your requests regarding the exercise of the rights listed above, in accordance with the application procedures set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to

Our Company will conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
Applications will provide information only concerning the applicant. Information regarding other family members or third parties cannot be provided. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
Your application must include:
- Your name, surname and, if the application is submitted in writing, your signature,
- For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, your Turkish identification number; for foreign nationals, your nationality, passport number or identification number, if any,
- Your residential or business address for notification purposes,
- Your e-mail address, telephone number and fax number, if any, for notification purposes,
- The subject matter of your request. Any relevant information and documents should also be attached to the application, where applicable.
Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents enabling identification must be provided to us completely and accurately. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may cause difficulties in carrying out the necessary investigations fully and effectively.
In such circumstances, the Company reserves its legal rights. Your application should therefore be submitted completely and should contain all information and documents required according to the nature of your request.
